Good question! For those that don’t like it, then the answer is no and that’s that. But for everybody else who loves it, it is a very good question. Britain has a very long list of great films. Could Rita, Sue and Bob Too really be the very best one? In my opinion, the answer … Continue reading Rita Sue and Bob Too – The best British film ever made?
Saturday the 15th June 1996 was such a memorable day for anybody with any connection to Manchester. This was the day that the IRA planted the biggest bomb that had ever been detonated in Great Britain, a bomb so big that it completely wrecked the western side of Manchester city centre. Hi, I’m Steve. I’m 44 but I don’t look it. I used to manage community radio stations in the north of England but I gave that up to try my hand at writing. My first book was published on Kindle in 2013 and my tenth book was released in the summer of lockdown 2020. So far I have sold over 200,000 copies of my books and each month Kindle Unlimited readers get through a stack of my pages which reach as tall as the Arndale Centre Tower so I’m glad I took the gamble of leaving radio behind to pursue the writing, even though I still miss dossing about in radio stations and especially the great people I have worked alongside.
I have set this blog up so that I can write things that are a bit shorter than books from time to time!
